Wash and dry all produce. Preheat broiler to high or oven to 500 degrees. Put skewers in a large bowl and cover with water to soak. In a small pot, bring 1½ cups water and a pinch of salt to a boil. Mince or grate @garlic{2%clove}. Halve @lime{1}.

Add @jasmine rice{1.5%cup} to boiling water, cover, and reduce to a simmer until tender, ~{20%minutes}.

Toss @chicken tenders{24%oz} in a small bowl with @coconut milk{3%tbsp} (we sent more), a big squeeze of lime, @soy sauce{1.5%tsp}, half the garlic, and @sugar{1%tsp}. Season with salt and pepper. Thread chicken onto @wooden skewers{8}. Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Broil until cooked through.

In a medium bowl, stir together @peanut butter{2%unit}, @sesame oil{1.5%tsp}, @soy sauce{1%tsp}, @coconut milk{1%tbsp}, @warm water{2%tbsp}, @sugar{1%tsp}, and as much remaining garlic as you like. Stir in water and sriracha as desired.

With 5 minutes left, spread @snow peas{16%oz} on top of the baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Return to oven to finish cooking.

Serve satay skewers on a bed of rice with snow peas. Drizzle with peanut sauce and sriracha.
